Estancia

Estancia is a private golf community with 640 acres located on the northern slope of Pinnacle Peak. The signature 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Tom Fazio, which was awarded America’s Top 100 Greatest Golf Courses 2005-2012 by Golf Digest. The Estancia Club is member owned and has 325 golf members (maximum). Featuring 223 spectacular homes and 39 Tuscan-style villas known as The Homes of LaScala. The impressive European-style Clubhouse is located in the center of the community features fitness center, swimming pool, tennis facilities and dining areas.
